| Luoyang Northern Ek Chor Motorcycle Co.,Ltd., an independent corporate, is a large-scale Sino-foreign joint-venture specialized in manufacturing motorcycles. DAYANG is the registered trademark of the Company. It`s products cover 8 series of motorcycles ranging from 50cc to 200cc, which can be further divided into 50 models. The Company`s designed production capacity reaches 1,000,000 units per year. Since the Company was established in 1992, over USD100,000,000.00 has been invested for purpose of introducing advanced technology and purchasing Hi & New-tech equipment from Japan, Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden, USA, etc. An investment of USD15,000,000.00 resulted in the introduction HONDA`s complete set of motorcycle manufacturing technology and engine-building lines which have become the exclusive advantage of the Company after years of absorbing. Since 1993, another investment of RMB260,000,000.00 has been added to build a coating workshop and an 40,000-square meters integrated workshop which combines parts delivery, surface treatment, engine building, total assembly and testing together. In April, 1992, between HONDA and the Company, an exclusive contract was made for 2-wheeled Model C100 motorcycle technology cooperation. The contract stipulates that the Company is sole manufacturer of HONDA`s Model C100 motorcycles and engines in the territory of China. After years-long perfection, Model DY100, DY90, DY110 along with other series of motorcycles have not only become the dominant products in domestic market but also have been exported to dozens of countries including Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, etc. |
